Fantastic service by Sue and Jerry. Sue was very helpful and responsive by email. Also very pleased with the survey report and helpful advice received from Jerry. Jerry was able to attend the property the same week as I contacted them initially and the report was ready the next working day. Would highly recommend this company for surveys in Cardiff.

First class service the inspection was carried out in a timely manner and the report was available the following day. A real pleasure to deal with would not hesitate to recommend.

After being happy with our initial survey; thorough and with plenty of photos allowing us to spot things we had missed on viewing there was an issue with voicemails being unanswered which I raised with Red Fox. To their credit, they admitted their error and reimbursed us after the sale fell though. As we were initially very happy with the survey and were happy with their efforts to resolve our initial dispute, we did decide to us them again however and are happy with our decision. Again, a very thorough survey was supplied in a timely manner with numerous photos of the property. When a suitable time was arranged to discuss some of the findings of the property Jerry was extremely informative and engaging, answering any questions I had and giving his advice. Hopefully we won't need a surveyor again soon but if we ever do we wouldn't think twice about using Red Fox.

Redfox surveyed a victorian mid terrace property for me in Bristol and did a really fantastic job. It was the second time I have paid for a similar house survey this year and I found redfox to be both cheaper, faster and better!

I can not recommend Red Fox Surveys high enough, I wish there was an option to add more stars! They went above and beyond in every aspect of the service. Wow the reviews do not lie, what a fantastic, efficient and friendly service! Very refreshing indeed in this day and age to get a service like that. They were quick off the mark at getting it all sorted and had already arranged the visit with our estate agent within hours of passing over the details and we had the report back the day after including a share of all the photos taken during the survey! Service was incredibly fast—I was able to book a survey within two days of making an inquiry. Even the detailed report, including over a hundred photos of the property, was ready in about 24 hours. Along the way, communication was excellent and friendly to boot. After a leak in the roof was found, the surveyor even came back free of charge to review the repairs.

I first contacted Red Fox last Monday (28/9). Our survey was undertaken the following Monday (5/10) and a comprehensive report and lots of supporting images were shared with us the following day. Couldn't fault Redfox at all. Extremely professional service, Sue was incredibly responsive and friendly via email and Jerry was professional and prompt in his service. We were provided with a full comprehensive report within a day of the survey with multiple photographs and lay explanations that were easy to understand with the option to discuss via phone anything that was not understood. Jerry even managed to come out a second time to finish off the survery when full access couldn't be granted the first time round. I would not hesitate to recommend to friends! I cant recommend red fox surveyors highly enough. Very reasonably priced, very helpful and friendly. Had a lovely experience dealing with sue who arranged the buildings surveys very quickly and efficiently. Had to have a few full buildings surveys done on different houses as had problems with the buildings themselves. They fitted us in much quicker than anybody else could for the surveys and they were really good in depth surveys. Helped stop us buying a couple of money pits. Last survey we had done was amazing, very short notice and over a bank holiday weekend, house was looked at mid morning, they e-mailed me by lunchtime to let me know there were no major problems with the house and had the full report e-mailed to me the same evening. We were on a tight timescale and they were amazing. Honestly cant recommend them enough. Very helpful and friendly. Completing on that house in the next week fingers crossed. Very professional and flexible. It was a pleasure doing business with this office. The sellers were only available the following day after I spoke to jerry, and not 2 days later as was planned. We dealt with Jerry who came out to do a full building survey on our new build property. Although the news on the state of our house was not great, Jerry was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable, explains everything and how he has come to his conclusions. His report is very detailed and he is also very supportive even after he has provided the report. He takes a personal interest and care in his customers circumstances and has provided us with support as we battle our developers to rectify our house to a good standard. I couldn't recommend Jerry enough! Thank you Jerry.

Jerry came out to check our new build property to conduct a buildings survery. There was a growing concern regarding the structural integrity of our new property and even though we were advised we did not need a survey completed by various agencies, Jerry agreed to conduct a comprehensive check of our property, produced a report within 3 days and has continued to consult us months after the report was delivered. He has been a constant support to my partner and I. His personal approach in helping our situation has been invaluable and I cannot recommend his services enough.

I used Redfox Surveyors as I needed an Expert Witness Report due to damp missed on a full building survey by a previous surveyor. After initially denying negligence, the original surveyor soon changed his tune when he was informed of my new report. Jerry was professional, helpful and supportive throughout. Even asking to be kept up to date after he had been, and had been paid. I’ll use Jerry from the start from now on.
